Easy Creamy Vegan Ice Cream

I like nice cream as much as the next girl but if your craving creamy- full fat ice cream this is the ultimate vegan alternative. Also if you're concerned it really doesn't taste like coconut at all.


Ingredients

  • One can(14oz) coconut cream (You can substitute full-fat coconut milk)

  • Half a can of sweetened condensed coconut milk

  • 3-4 tbs of cocoa powder

  • Optional- two tablespoons of instant coffee

  1. Mix the can of coconut cream until thick and almost doubled in size

  2. Add you cocoa powder and optional instant coffee am mix until well combined

  3. Toss in half a can of sweetened condensed coconut milk and mix for about three minutes with an electric mixer 5-10 if mixing by hand.

  4. Put in a cake pan lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least three hours

  5. Enjoy!
